The 60-Day Property Protection Plan is our extended safety net for high-value properties that need to look flawless over a longer window-model homes, luxury listings, longer lease-ups, or builds where closings are staggered. Instead of hoping a single clean carries you through weeks of traffic and activity, you secure multiple scheduled touch-ups that keep the space consistently impressive.

This plan includes everything in our 30-day visit: dust and floor touch-ups, kitchen and bathroom refreshes, countertop detailing, and fingerprint removal on key surfaces. On top of that, you receive two additional scheduled visits within a 60-day span, turning presentation into a managed process rather than a race against time.

During these extra visits, we pay particular attention to interior windows, glass doors, and mirrors so natural light reads clean and bright in photos and showings. Appliances are wiped down again so stainless and glass fronts stay free of smudges and handprints. Baseboards and light fixtures are dusted to prevent the gradual dulling that makes a property feel less "new." Entries are refreshed so the very first impression-from doorstep to foyer-feels intentional and cared for.
