Rough Construction Cleanup is the phase that keeps your project moving efficiently from heavy work to fine finishes. We step in while the site is still active and clear out the debris, dust, and clutter that slow trades down and frustrate inspectors.
We begin with targeted construction debris removal, gathering and staging or hauling off loose materials, scrap, and trash that make it hard to see the actual progress on-site. Once the big items are handled, we perform a site-wide sweep and vacuum to knock back heavy sawdust and grit on floors, stairs, and work platforms.
Walls, trim, and window sills are dusted to remove the thick film that accumulates during framing, drywall, and millwork. Cabinet exteriors are wiped so installers, painters, and finish carpenters can actually see seams, edges, and hardware. HVAC vents are vacuumed at the register level to reduce dust blowing back onto newly completed work.
Garages, entries, and main circulation paths get special focus. When these areas are clutter-free and reasonably clean, material deliveries, subs, and inspectors can move safely and efficiently without tracking new debris through the structure.
For you as a builder or GC, this isn't about making the site pretty-it's about protecting schedule, reducing rework from dust contamination, and presenting a professional environment to clients and partners who visit mid-project. A clean, organized rough phase sets the tone for the rest of the job: subs can see clearly, punch work is easier to spot, and everyone moves faster toward final finishes without fighting yesterday's mess.
